HEALTH

I claim LIFE, HEALTH, and WHOLENESS now.

I claim DIVINE LIFE, HEALTH, and WHOLENESS for myself and my dear ones. I have absolute faith that these DIVINE PRINCIPLES are greater than any worldly conditions. I fully activate FAITH, LIFE, HEALTH, and WHOLENESS now. I listen to the still, small voice within as I guide myself toward total health and wholeness throughout my mind and body.

If fear and worry get the better of me and I start to feel anxious, I put a demand on the PRINCIPLES of my inherent DIVINITY that support ease and grace.  I release and let go of any concerns. When I pray with anyone, I never focus on their condition. I focus on their DIVINITY, their spiritual perfection. I see them as whole and prosperous.

The innate DIVINITY of everyone is HEALTH beyond illness, ABUNDANCE beyond insufficiency, and LIFE beyond death.

I claim LIFE, HEALTH, and WHOLENESS now.

DIVINE ORDER

I use DIVINE ORDER to manifest my life.

I delight in the glorious colors, fragrances, and arrangement of plants in a garden. I celebrate the imagination, the meticulous planning, and the intelligent work that transformed a patch of ground, some seeds, water, and fertilizer into a beautiful, life-filled place.

I recognize how DIVINE ORDER was used to create this garden. It began as the DIVINE IDEA of BEAUTY. Someone then perceived and expressed the IDEA of BEAUTY as a garden. Cooperating minds developed a plan. Willing hands prepared soil, planted seeds, then watered and tended the growing plants.

My spiritual vision perceives that DIVINE ORDER is a PRINCIPLE and a LAW of mind. IT is how every mind works. IT is the eternal flow of mind, idea, and manifestation utilized to manifest everything, everywhere.

I use DIVINE ORDER to manifest my life.

Arise

I arise and demonstrate renewal and new life.

The Christian Scriptures report that Jesus rose above all limitations – transmuting darkness to light and death to new life. His overcoming death is the ultimate inspiration and example for me and all humankind, a precious example of hope and renewal.

This Easter, I gratefully begin my renewal as I awaken to my innate DIVINITY, the Christ. I turn within and discover the resources for new life and energy. I Iift myself into higher awareness and understanding of the spiritual truth about myself. In so doing, I leave behind and rise above my limiting beliefs, habits, and actions.

With unwavering faith, I arise into higher and higher consciousness as I discover and accept inspiring new possibilities in the fullness of my DIVINITY. I embrace the PRINCIPLES of LOVE, LIFE, and DISCERNMENT while demonstrating grace.

Palm Sunday 

I use my inherent DIVINITY to protect and clear the way.

As I enter Holy Week, I reflect on Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem and how the multitudes greeted him shouting, “Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!”

Like so many, I have used this sacred time of lent to cleanse and release any beliefs and habits that no longer serve me. I have opened my heart and mind to LIFE, HEALTH, WHOLENESS, and so much more that my innate DIVINITY affords.

Now I feel ready to welcome a greater awareness of my potential perfection known by some as CHRIST or the I AM by others. IT permeates every aspect of my mind and body. I quiver with eager anticipation, my world seems fresh, and I feel newly alive.

With joy and gratitude, I celebrate and bless the DIVINITY and humanity of everyone.

Prayer

When I pray, I master creative IDEAS.

In the past, I may have believed prayer was a way of asking God for help and solace. Now I understand it as one of the best ways of helping and uplifting myself.

In The Revealing Word, Unity cofounder Charles Fillmore described prayer as “the most highly accelerated mind action known.” In Keep a True Lent, he also said, “Prayer makes man master in the realm of creative Ideas.”

This awareness is my comfort and assurance as I release my worldly concerns and feel my innate DIVINITY.

As I pray, I begin with the Silence so I can be still and know. Then, creative IDEAS like LIFE, LOVE, WISDOM, STRENGTH, ORDER, and others come to mind; THEY permeate my consciousness. As I claim and reflect on THEM, options and solutions for my troubles and worries arise in my awareness.

Timeless

In timeless SILENCE, I renew myself.

I relax and let go, withdrawing my attention from my surroundings. Breathing deeply and rhythmically, my mind relaxes and my heart opens. I enter my sacred inner sanctuary. Here I have no awareness of time. I hear no words, I think no thoughts, and I feel nothing. There is only the richness of the SILENCE of which I am totally unaware. During this time, I am the presence of infinite LIFE, LOVE, WISDOM, and so much more, until I come out of it.

The time and attention I devote to my regular practice of meditation builds deep, abiding peace and clarity in my consciousness. It is after these timeless moments that I discover I have all I need – enough STRENGTH, UNDERSTANDING, LOVE, and so much more. This realization helps me progress along my path and accomplish all that is mine to do.

Grace

​I freely give grace.

I find grace in the rhythm and balance of the natural world. It is in the beauty of a sunrise and a sweet, gentle rain. I find grace in those with whom I share this beautiful planet–the faces of my dear ones and others I meet throughout the day.

Grace is an important way I express my inherent DIVINITY. I am aware of the ways grace is a blessing in my life. I find it in unexpected kindness, serendipity, and forgiven error–all the ways I know I am loved, treasured, and secure.  As I respond to opportunities to share my grace, I am letting others know they matter to me. 

From the moment I greet the day to the moment I rest at night, I am grateful for opportunities to share my inherent DIVINTY through giving grace.

FAITH

I have faith in my DIVINITY.

I keep my faith at the forefront of my awareness, taking a few minutes in the morning to pause, breathe deeply, and place my awareness on my inherent DIVINITY. I feel energized and strengthened. I expect all good things.

As the day progresses, I pause again for a moment or two and remember: I am fully DIVINE and fully human! My DIVINITY is at the root of everything I think, feel, say, and do.

At night, I look back on the events of the day and savor the moments in which my awareness of my DIVINITY felt especially strong. I have faith that awakening from a restful night’s sleep, hearing a kind remark, enjoying time in nature, or investing in quality time with a loved one are ways to feel more synchronized with my DIVINITY.

I have faith in my DIVINITY.

Acceptance

I practice acceptance and find peace.

In the past I have resisted unwelcome situations and unwanted outcomes. Over time, I have learned that my resistance did little more than leave me agitated and unhappy.

I have learned to trade resistance for acceptance. Accepting situations as they are does not necessarily mean I like what is happening, but it does mean I am willing to be present to it without resistance or struggle. From that place, I am better able to work toward creating better conditions for myself and others.

When I practice acceptance, I inspire and comfort myself by leaning into my innate DIVINITY. I shift my attention from what might feel wrong to that which is always right: the absolute, unchanging PRINCIPLES and LAWS that make up my DIVINITY.

I practice acceptance and find peace.

STRENGTH

I rely on my DIVINE STRENGTH.

If I find myself struggling to bear the weight of a heavy load, if I am wondering how much farther I can travel or how much longer I can carry on, I rely on my DIVINE STRENGTH to keep me going.

When I align my thoughts and feelings with DIVINE STRENGTH and not on the weight I carry or the distance I travel, I am consciously tapping into my DIVINITY from which I express everything. I am renewed and refreshed.

I have everything I need to stay on course because I rely on my inherent DIVINITY. I may ask for help and accept it graciously when it comes. I give myself breaks and invest time in prayer and my other spiritual practices. Through it all, I remain strong and grateful. I am innately DIVINE.

I rely on my DIVINE STRENGTH.
