Kindness

I am kind to others and myself.

My intention today is to give from my heart by lavishly showing kindness and compassion to everyone I meet. Everyone can do this because kindness and compassion are manifested from our inherent PRINCIPLES of BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY.

I begin by releasing any negative self-talk while being kind and compassionate with myself. I invest time for spiritual self-care and prioritize good nutrition, relaxation, and exercise. I am gentle with myself when I come up short, filling my self-talk with words of affirmation and compassion.

Being kind to others makes being kind to myself easy and natural. I am patient and understanding. I seek harmony and accord in my relationships. With ease and grace, I let any irritations go, remaining calm and pleasant. I look for ways to lighten the load of others by compassionately offer a helping hand.

Harmony

I harmonize my life.

HARMONY is a PRINCIPLE for harmonizing all kind of things -most importantly aspects of our beliefs, thoughts and feelings.

I do my part to create goodwill, meaning, and beauty by harmonizing my mind and heart with the world around me,

Harmony is an integral part of music, adding layers of intricacy and depth. Without harmony and rhythm, a musical composition would be little more than a dissonant cacophony. When listening to a symphony, I harmonize with the resolution of each chord and the synchronization of every note.  Similarly, I choose peace as I seek accord in my relationships and every interaction I have.

From a place of love and tranquility, I bring compassion to every situation. With the give-and-take of compromise, I build understanding and trust. I approach every interaction with faith focusing my intention on harmonious results.

Thoughtful

I am thoughtful with my words and actions.

Today and every day, I bring DIVINE LOVE and PEACE to all my encounters by being thoughtful. More than politeness and deeper than kindness, thoughtfulness means I consider the comfort and happiness of others equal to my own. My intention is to let those in my life know that they matter to me.

I may reach out to someone who needs an encouraging word, letting them know they got this; they have what it takes to succeed. I may surprise someone with a kind act, anticipating a need and taking care of it before they ask for help.

Each thoughtful word and act lets those in my life know how much they matter to me and how worthy they are of my time and attention.

I am thoughtful with my words and actions.

Remembrance

I keep those who have passed alive in my mind and heart.

Whenever they have passed, the people for whom I have cared deeply are alive in my heart and mind. If I feel sad or lonely for those I miss, I pause to recall a special memory or something unique about them that made even ordinary days feel magical.

Reflecting on the love and joy we shared and the blessings their lives afforded me, I feel comforted. I am thankful that these memories are always be mine to treasure.

The PRINCIPLE of LIFE is not of time or space. Our existence does not end with physical death. I have faith that those who have passed from this life experience have moved on to other experiences unknown to us. Even so, my loved ones are always beautiful and beloved in my heart and mind.
