Well-Being

I am radiant GOD-LIFE.

IF I have an illness or pain from an injury, I may temporarily forget that wholeness is my natural state of well-being. If I focus on symptoms, the thoughts and feelings of illness or injury grow stronger.

It is always best to remember GOD-LIFE, WHOLENESS and HEALTH are my fundamental TRUTH; I AM DIVINE.  In prayer, I align my thoughts and feelings with the POWER OF LIFE and the PRINCIPLES OF HEALTH and WHOLENESS.

As I claim these TRUTHS in prayer, I release any and all thoughts of illness or injury. With my FAITH-inspired vision, I see the energy of LIFE circulating everywhere in my body brining renewed vitality. Every cell in my body glows with well-being as I realize LIFE, WHOLENESS and HEALTH.

FORGIVE

As I forgive, I know I am DIVINE LOVE.

The PRINCIPLE of LOVE is totally everywhere. There is no spot where LOVE is not. It is one aspect of my DIVINITY. As I forgive, I use DIVINE LOVE, BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY. Unity cofounder Myrtle Fillmore wrote, “Forgiveness is the art of putting something else in place of the thing forgiven.” That something else is “the positive realization of the TRUTH of BEINGNESS.”

When I discover resentful thoughts arising about myself, another or incident, I need not condone what was done or left undone.  Regardless of what I perceive may have been done or failed to do, I need only release the temporary and passing thoughts and focus on the timeless TRUTH of each person’s DIVINITY. Even if my new feelings are slow to respond, my act of forgiveness is complete.

As I forgive, I know I am DIVINE LOVE.

GRACE

By virtue of my DIVINITY, I offer grace.

When a burden begins to feel lighter or when the way through a frustrating challenge suddenly becomes clear, I know I am experiencing grace. Not grace from God but grace based on my Divinity.

Traditionally, grace is thought of as unmerited divine assistance. Help from God when we seem to lease deserve it. In a Unity context, since God is PRINCIPLE, grace is something we offer to ourselves or others based on the PRINCIPLES of BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY..

Grace is a gift we offer each other. Since it is based on Principle, it is constantly available to everyone by choice. At the moment my urge is to punish or condemn, I pause and center into the awareness of my innate DIVINITY. I access and consciously use BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY. I joyfully offer grace.

 Joy

I am DIVINE JOY!

At 1 Thessalonians 2:20, the apostle Paul declared, “Yes, you are our glory and joy!”

I pause to remember relationships to which I respond with JOY! I bless everyone who has shared in those relationships. I treasure the good feeling that arises when people let me know how I have facilitated joy in their lives. Sharing joy is an important part of the human experience; it helps people come together in spiritual community.

JOY is a DIVINE PRINCIPLE.  I use it to be joyful; it is a sure sign I am aware of my innate DIVINITY.

As I grow in spiritual awareness of JOY through prayer, meditation and reflection, joy permeates my consciousness infusing every area of my life. I am dedicated to expressing joy, I am a clear expression of the perfect IDEA OF JOY.

I am DIVINE JOY!
