I smile and act frightened as I recognize the neighborhood children who come to my door wearing scary masks and costumes. Children of all ages enjoy playing make-believe. Pretend fright is part of the fun of Halloween.
Now and then, in response to an unexpected and unwelcome challenge, more serious thoughts of fear seep into my mind and upset my emotional well-being. At the first hint of unease, I remember all the TRUTH that GOD is exists at the point of me … IT is me! I say no to fear and yes to the underlying LOVE fear attempts to hide.
My confidence grows as I remember my innate DIVINITY. I lean into IT remembering DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANING, LOVE and WILL are everywhere I go and in everything I do.
The POWER of ZEAL lies back of all passion, enthusiasm and, yes, zeal! My self-selected purpose is my “why.” It sets my heart aflame with passion. Passion is that extra oomph of energy I bring to everything I enjoy doing. Each day, I awaken ready to answer the desire of my heart, to give my best efforts and fullest attention to purposeful activity.
I express the glory of my DIVINITY through my humanity. When in alignment with my passion, I feel the most alive. I am filled with energy and zeal and color the world with hope and promise – I recognize the DIVINE PRESENCE behind everything.
The life energy that radiates from me inspires others to live a life of purpose and passion, to boldly express their DIVINITY as only they can.

World Peace
I am a peaceful presence in the world.
Peace in the world begins with me. The PRINCIPLE of PEACE is for establishing a peaceful consciousness. I declare, “Peace be still” to my mind, body, and concerns.
It is a sacred responsibility to peacefully respond to all people and circumstances. I forgive myself for those moments I am less than peaceful. I then return to the PRINCIPLE of PEACE which is ever present in its entirety at every point in space at the same time.
Each of us is always expressing our DIVINITY according to the quality of our consciousness. Each day, I join like-minded people everywhere in a renewed commitment to being peace.
My tranquil manner inspires peacefulness wherever I go and with everyone I meet. I am enormously grateful for each person expressing DIVINE PEACE, LOVE AND HARMONY in their unique ways.
Awakening from a restful sleep, I give thanks for the new day and all the people who will be part of it. Although I cannot know what will happen as this day unfolds, I can use everything to presence my DIVINTIY and feel joy. Knowing each person is uniquely expressing their DIVINITY fills me with joy.
Emilie Cady said, “… the spring of all WISDOM, HEALTH and JOY is within your own being (Lessons in Truth, Ch 8/ ¶ 5).” JOY is a PRINCIPLE, sometimes known as a DIVINE IDEA; I use it to exude joy!
Even during less happy experiences, I “lean into” my ever-present DIVINITY and realize a quiet joy and strength.
I rejoice today as I delight in the sights, sounds, and aromas that fill my senses.
