My life may be full of blessings – my family and friends, my home, my memories and experiences. It may also be easy to take all of it for granted if I focus more on what I’m missing rather than what I have.
Being thankful, expressing my gratitude for my good, opens my heart, and opens my eyes to the many ways I am prosperous.
I count my blessings, pausing to give thanks for each one. The more often I do this, the more feelings of gratitude fill my heart, which pushes aside any constricting feelings of scarcity, fear, or envy.
From the serenity I feel in my heart to the peace that calms my mind, I am prosperous. As I greet each day with a prayer of thanks, my blessings abound.
When I am experiencing a healing need, I focus my thoughts and feelings beyond illness and discomfort. Even as I seek treatment for the injury or illness, I see myself whole. I remember that I am fully DIVINE and fully human.
GOD is the PRINCIPLE of LIFE made manifest in the living. IT enlivens and energizes every cell, organ, and tissue in my body. Consciousness uses the PRINCIPLES of LIFE, HEALTH, WHOLENESS, RELEASE, and ORDER to restore perfect order to all my bodily functions, releasing and replacing anything not in accord with THEM.
When someone asks me to pray with them, I do not ask about their symptoms or circumstances. I know they are fully human and fully DIVINE. The PRINCIPLES of LIFE, WHOLENESS, and HEALTH comprise the very foundation of their wholeness and well-being.
JOY is one of the PRINCIPLES that GOD is and therefore I am. I use IT to express delight and great pleasure. I have joyful memories when I detect the aroma of my favorite foods from my childhood. My heart bursts with joy when I hear the voice of a dear one. When I see a newborn’s face, I have feelings I can’t even describe.
Each day I embrace the joy of knowing I am fully DIVINE and fully human. I am the PRINCIPLE of LIFE, which I joyfully manifest into living. I feel great joy and wonder as I guide myself to a deeper understanding of my humanity, my DIVINITY, and the world around me.
I am the PRINCIPLE of LOVE that I make into loving. What greater joy could there be than manifesting love from the PRINCIPLE of LOVE?
Sometimes my heart goes out to a friend or even a stranger who is struggling. Other times, my heart breaks when I learn of another’s devastating news. In those moments, I feel compassion and want to help.
I pray, affirming health, wholeness, peace, and comfort. I might call on the phone or visit in person or by Zoom. I may offer financial support or material goods.
When needs are great, I know whatever I can do is helpful. I know many people care as their humanity is harmonized with their Divinity. Our joined efforts, minds, hearts, and hands, create a network of support as we lift up even the direst of situations.
