Hope and Faith

The CHRIST PRINCIPLE is my hope of glory.

Hope is the window through which I glimpse the good that is yet to come in my life. Hopefulness kindles and activates my Powers of ZEAL, IMAGINATION, LOVE, and, most importantly, FAITH. As my hope matures into FAITH, I realize the good I hope for is already mine in consciousness as thoughts, ideas and images. From these, I manifest my outer good.

The journey to Christmas is our shared human story of realizing the CHRIST PRINCIPLE. This journey begins in hope and blind FAITH.

As I grow in spiritual awareness, I feel hopeful. My hope matures into UNDERSTANDING FAITH, FAITH that functions from PRINCIPLE. The CHRIST PRINCIPLE is the one complete DIVINE IDEA of humankind which contains all the POWERS. I use it to express my humanity and my Spiritual Identity.

Gratitude 

I embrace gratitude;

I create a “full-of-greatness” consciousness.

It might be tempting to think that we need items and events to be grateful for before we can feel genuine gratitude.

However, Unity minister Eric Butterworth suggested that it’s possible to experience the feeling of gratitude without needing a special reason to be grateful. This is unconditional gratitude. “Just feel it.” Feeling unconditional gratitude makes it easier for me to effectively manifest more from the Principles of INTELLIGENCE, LOVE, PEACE and POWER.

 The practice of gratitude, Butterworth explained, “gets us into a full-of-greatness consciousness.”

I center myself into the awareness of ever-present BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY  from which I intentionally generate gratitude. I lift my heart while my mind and body quicken.

Divine Order

I unfold my life in DIVINE ORDER according to Principle and Law.

Examples of order and progression are all around me. The seasons, the tides, and all cycles of growth are happening in perfect sequence because of the  underlying Principles and Laws of nature.

Trying to rush the process or skip a step would create a disruption of this progression in nature. It would violate Principle and Law, a metaphysical impossibility.

Like the seasons and tides, there are Principles and Laws of mind and of my physical body. I take my cue from the natural world and don’t try to rush my growth or take shortcuts to reach my goals. Instead, I consciously use Principles and Laws to divinely order my life.

With gratitude, I bless my mind and physical body for serving me so well.

Pray with Others

I trust in your innate Divinity.

A friend knows the TRUTH for you until you can know IT for yourself. When I pray, my intention is not to solve problems but to see the situation rightly by claiming and putting a demand on the TRUTH (DIVINE PRINCIPLES and LAWS).

As I receive a prayer request, I remember that the one with whom I pray is expressing DIVINE IDEAS according to LAW based on their level of consciousness!

For a healing need, I claim LIFE, WHOLENESS and HEALTH.

For a prosperity need, I claim ABUNDANCE, WISDOM, UNDESRTANDING and WILL for wise choices.

For a relationship need, I claim LOVE, ORDER and WISDOM.
