Comfort

I find strength and comfort in my Divinity.

According to the Gospel of John, as Jesus journeyed toward Jerusalem and the crucifixion, he faced challenges from those who rejected his teaching. Even his disciples left him in his moment of greatest need. Jesus found strength and comfort in the awareness of his Divine Identity. Jesus said, “I am not alone because the Father is with me.” (John 16:32)

Charles Fillmore believed Jesus was referring to the Christ. “This inner country, [the Kingdom within], is the domain of that superior Wisdom which we term the Christ.  Jesus called this Place of Wisdom the Father within Him,” (Talks on Truth, p. 35).

Like Jesus, I am never alone. When I experience challenges, I center my thoughts and feelings in my Divinity. I give no power or importance to external conditions or circumstances.

I find strength and comfort in my Divinity.

Rest

I do my work according to Divine Law,

then I rest in faith.

The Sabbath is any day of the week. Charles Fillmore writes: “The Sabbath is kept any time we enter into spiritual consciousness and rest from thoughts of temporal things. Then we let go of the external observance of days, because every day is a Sabbath on which we retire into Spirit and identify ourselves with the things of Spirit.” (Adapted, Fillmore, Charles, The Revealing Word, alphabetical under Sabbath)

Sabbath is when I set aside regular time in my life forgoing into the Silence, into the realm of Spirit where I find true rest and peace. This is an essential part of the creative process—I do my work according to Divine Law, and then I rest in faith knowing Divine Principle completes the process.

I do my work according to Divine Law, then I rest in faith.

Assurance

I am assured all things are possible through the ageless omnipotence of my sacred self.

The apostle Paul frequently wrote of the pain and suffering he endured in the course of his missionary travels. He described his difficulties not as complaints, but to emphasize his assurance that the ultimate glory of Christ mind is infinitely greater than mortal limitations. “I consider that the sufferings of this present time,” he wrote in Romans 8:18, “are not worth comparing with the glory about to be revealed to us.”

I trust the same spiritual assurance to move myself through my day. My intentions may not be revealed, my body and mind may seem intent on emphasizing obstacles and fears. Still, I move gratefully forward, knowing that nothing can affect the spiritual Power that is my True Identity.

I am assured all things are possible through the ageless omnipotence of my sacred self.

Imagination

I imagine new and positive possibilities for my life.

The Psalmist shared, “Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” (Proverbs 4:23) When I imagine the unlimited possibilities available to me, I also consider the words attributed to Jesus, “Whoever … does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.” (Mark 11:23)

I use my Power of Imagination to shape and form ideas – both Divine and relative. It is through desire that what I imagine becomes part of my inner experience. I use Imagination to shape Divine Ideas into new possibilities, transforming today’s vision into tomorrow’s adventure.

My heart-centered belief in my Divinity and the Power of Imagination ensures that my life grows and expands in beautiful ways.

I imagine new and positive possibilities for my life.

Insight

I see my life clearly from the insight of Christ Consciousness.

The apostle Paul wrote, “The Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27) and “Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus.(Philippians 2:5) Metaphysically understood, these phrases mean that regularly coming into Christ consciousness transforms my view of everything. My Christ Consciousness empowers my insight.

No matter how today’s events may unfold, I am never overwhelmed because outer events do not cause my inner experience. My insight shows me that my inner experience of outer events is based on my current beliefs.

My spiritual journey begins with self-awareness of my Divine Nature. As I deepen my awareness of my Christ Consciousness, my insight deepens. Through the Power of Love, I desire to see through worldly appearances and events to the spiritual Truth underlying and underwriting everything.

I see my life clearly from the insight of Christ Consciousness.

Wholeness

I am Divine; I express wholeness and health.

Appearances are temporary impressions and not an accurate picture of who or What I am. If I face a health challenge, I bless my body for its restorative powers supported by the Principles of Life, Health and Wholeness. Despite any outer appearances, Life, Wholeness, and Health are aspects of the Truth of What I am.

Divine Life is a Principle I remember using meditation and claim with prayer. In moments of quiet reflection, I turn within to this inner wellspring of Life; It enables the energizing flow of life in and through my body. I claim Life, Health and Wholeness to establish health and well-being to every part of my being. My heart beats and my cells vibrate with the energy of life.

I am Divine; I express wholeness and health.

Self-Guidance

I faithfully guide myself based my Christ Nature.

Looking back at past situations, I now see that seemingly insurmountable obstacles held rich new opportunities for me to guide my every choice based on my Christ Nature and Universal Principles.

Universal Principles cannot be withheld; they simply are. The scenarios I manifest from them consciously are more rewarding than those I manifest unconsciously and/or influenced by my sense mind.

Today I consider the path I am choosing in this now moment. Just as I encourage others to actively seek awareness of their Christ Nature and Universal Principles, I remind myself to do the same. When I do so, I wisely guide myself.

Universal Principles are always present and available. Through my conscious awareness and active use of Universal Principles, I change my perspective and possibilities become reality.

I faithfully guide myself base on my Christ Nature.

Believe

I use my Power of Faith: I believe!

The Power of Faith is my ability to believe and have conviction.

The Gospel of Mark shares a story of a son suffering from a serious illness that no one, not even Jesus’ disciples, had been able to cure. Jesus reminds the father that all things are possible for one who believes. The father immediately cries out, “I believe; help my unbelief!” Jesus then casts out the spirit possessing the boy.

My journey of faith is not always straight and smooth. At times, I reach the limit of my ability to believe. At this moment, like the father in the story, I put a demand on my Christ Nature by affirming, “I believe” opening my mind and heart to the possibilities. I place my faith in Divine Ideas that answer my prayers.

I use my Power of Faith: I believe!

Spiritual Beingness

I am Spiritual Beingness manifesting my spiritual purpose.

Because I am fundamentally Spiritual Beingness, I am more than a physical body—my needs go beyond food and water. I find spiritual nourishment in meditation and prayer.

Jesus knew the importance of realizing Oneness – realizing his innate Divinity. He taught that each of us is Divine. Realizing the importance of this teaching, I now recognize that the more time I invest in meditation and prayer, the more I will experience my Spiritual Beingness. When I experience my Spiritual Beingness, the more I live my spiritual purpose.

In Truth, Oneness is the fundamental Reality of everything.

I can transform any earthly challenges when I remember and live from my Divinity. I release all concerns with the quiet realization—a gentle conviction—that my Spiritual Beingness is not limited in any way.

I am Spiritual Beingness manifesting my spiritual purpose.

Harmony

I am Divine Love, Wisdom, and Understanding bringing harmony to my world.

When I reflect on the various relationships in my life, what feelings come to mind and heart? Do I feel the joy of kinship with family members, of shared experiences and accomplishments with coworkers or within my community? Whatever my answers are to those questions, I bring my harmonizing presence.

I bring my beliefs to each relationship which determine my experience and I may even influence the experience of others. Even if there is friction or tension, I choose not to respond to any negative or insensitive comments. Instead, I remember my Divinity and my desire for harmony. I view every relationship, every situation using Divine Love, Wisdom, Understanding to bring harmony to my world. I live from my Divinity.

I am Divine Love, Wisdom, and Understanding bringing harmony to my world.
