Epiphany
I celebrate new possibilities now born in me.
Epiphany is the Christian feast commemorating the visit of the magi to the baby Jesus as recorded in the Gospel of Matthew. Having followed a star, they came to worship him bringing gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Epiphany, also called Three Kings Day, falls 12 days after Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem. It is another time to recognize the Christ in me. Metaphysically, the magi represent my intuitive wisdom honoring the Truth in me. Gold celebrates the riches of Spirit, Divine Ideas. Frankincense recognizes the beauty of Spirit. While myrrh symbolizes the timelessness of Spirit.
While my Divine Identity is so much more than my human self, my Divinity is not separate from my humanity. In fact, I use my human self to reveal my Divinity and more of my spiritual purpose.
I celebrate new possibilities now born in me.
