Reminder: Today is Father’s Day. Invest a few moments in the Silence honoring your father whether living or has passed on to “another room in Consciousness.” Regardless of the circumstances and your experience, you would not be here if it were not for him and your mother!

Fatherly Qualities (compassion, comfort, loyalty, warmth, affection, strength, protection, caring, sheltering, providing)

I lovingly and compassionately support, protect and

care for those around me.

Fathers teach by the way they live. Among other things, fathers teach how to work hard, be reliable, willing, and patient. They demonstrate love as they provide support, comfort, loyalty, warmth, affection, strength, protection, care, shelter, and guidance.

Fathers learn and grow throughout their lives. My  relationship with my father may be strong and loving, or it may have its ups and downs. I am grateful to my father and all fathers for their doing the best for their children.

Whether my father lives or I hold his memory in my heart, today I honor him and pray for his well-being. I hold a vision of all fathers as models of faith and love – blessing their families for generations.

Freedom

I experience true freedom as I awaken to my Spiritual Nature.

Today I stop placing limits on my ability to live the life of my dreams. I start by taking an honest look at what I believe about myself. I know self-awareness leads to self-knowledge. It is important I do this with self-acceptance. I identify false, destructive thoughts. I use denials to disempower these thoughts and sweep them out of my mind. I use affirmations to claim my beautiful Divine Nature.

I revel in true freedom as I embrace my Spiritual Identity. I soar like and eagle, catching currents of Divine Energy. As others see my strength and agility, I effortlessly have affinity for my good. I am limitless.

Life becomes sweeter and brighter as I ascend into this new understanding of myself. I become more prosperous, healthy, and happy as I embrace my spiritual Truth.

Harmony

I am Divine. I contribute to harmony in the world by embracing diversity.

Rainbows provide a wonderful example of harmony. Each color is clearly defined, yet they all come together perfectly for a beautiful work of natural art.

The diversity of humanity is similar: Each person shines in his or her own unique way. I see distinctions rather than differences. Together we creat a portrait of love, peace, patience, forgiveness, understanding, and Oneness. Each of us uses our Divine Potential to express in a multitude of colors, voices, and ways of being.

Harmony among people begins with me. The apostle Paul wrote that we are to make “every effort to maintain unity of Spirit in the bond of peace.” I contribute to harmony in the world by embracing the beauty of diversity.

Peace

I am the peace radiating from my Divine Nature.

In times of change, I turn within my consciousness to find peace. Centered in the peace and tranquility of my Divine Nature, I accomplish what is mine to do with self-assurance and joy.

If I need to make a decision, I do not act impulsively or hastily. Instead, I turn to my Divine Consciousness. I wait upon my spiritual intuition. When clarity comes, I am ready to prepare myself for action. When I have built up sufficient mental “oomph” I take deliberate action.

I bring my sense equanimity – calm and composure – to every situation. I use Divine Order and Divine Strength to be steady and stable. I manage change with serenity and poise. Connected to my deepest place of stillness, I am anchored in peace and love.

My Divine Activity

I trust the Divine Activity of my mind.

I do not need to consciously command my breathing or will my heart to beat. I trust the divine activity of my mind to power my heartbeat, guide my thinking, and see the good. In a similar way, the Divine Activity of my mind uses the Power of Life to animate my body, energize my breath, and invigorate my personal life.

The Divine Activity of my mind expresses my creative thoughts and ideas. Divine Wisdom helps me to make wise decisions. Divine Strength keeps it all moving along despite seeming challenges or obstacles. I use Divine Love to desire my good and manifest it.

I reinforce my reliance of the Divine Activity of my mind when I meditate. I keep myself attuned to my Divinity by investing time each day in the Silence. I live more consciously, more fully, and more purposefully. I trust the Divine Activity of my mind.

Consciousness

Grounded in my Divinity,

I center my thoughts on what I desire most in my life.

Thoughts held in mind have a powerful effect in consciousness. In simple terms, this means what I think about I experience in my mind and body. What I think about I can bring about in the world around me by taking appropriate action. This demonstrates the Law of Affinity. For example, if I desire to have roses in my garden, my consciousness has an affinity for roses. I begin to think of them and even imagine how they smell. . I notice them and see them wherever I go. I have an experience them in my mind and my body.

Since this is how my consciousness works, I set my intentions on love; I desire love, peace, harmony, and abundance. By keeping my mind and heart focused on them I have an affinity for them. I first experience them internally. I begin to be love and see love; I begin to be peace and see peace; I begin to be harmonious and see harmony; I am the very essence of abundance and so I experience abundance. I bring forth blessings for myself and others.

I am aware of what I am thinking; I re-adjust those thought I do not want. I see how what I appreciate, appreciates; how positive expectations yield positive outcomes at least in my internal experience. I lift my consciousness to manifest blessings for myself and others. I know the power of my consciousness is Divine Power that I decide how I use. Grounded in and from my Divinity, I center my thoughts on what I desire most in life.

Motherly Qualities

I nurture and lift up those around me.

Today I celebrate mothers everywhere. I celebrate the life-giving and nurturing aspects of mothering that is sourced from my Infinite Potential.  I celebrate my “motherly qualities” of unconditional love, peace, healing, and joy in the world, in my life and that I demonstrate.

I take a moment to reflect on a time when I was comforted as a child, when I comforted a child or experienced someone comforting a child. I call to mind memories of when I felt nurtured, held, or lifted up by someone else regardless of my age. I affirm how important it is that I nurture and lift up those around me. I am grateful for those spiritual qualities we categorize as “motherly” enriching my life and the lives of family and friends.

Wholeness

I am Divine; I am Life, Wholeness and Health.

Just as each day dawns anew, I am renewed in body and mind, as I center in my Spiritual Nature. Whatever physical or emotional ill feelings I may experience pass from me with ease and grace. If I observe any discomfort or pain and any thoughts or feelings, I renounce any power or importance I have given them.

I stop myself from creating unproductive stories about my health. Instead, I give attention to my Divinity. As I remember and affirm, I am Life, Wholeness and Health, whatever needs to be revealed or restored to wholeness is chemicalized into my awareness.  I release them as I visualize and feel my wholeness. I experience a new level of well-being. My body is strong; my mind is poised and at peace; My Spirit is timelessly whole and perfect. I am grateful I am Divine; I am Life, Wholeness and Health.

Fresh Ideas

Using Divine Understanding and Divine Wisdom, I generate fresh ideas.

Sometimes I face challenges that from my “limited self” seem unsurmountable. I may feel hopeless, worried, or lost. I may hesitate or freeze, afraid of moving in the wrong direction. My racing mind turns to the limitations of my past experiences for answers.

Then I realize I am ready for fresh ideas unbound by the past. I take three, slow, deep breaths to re-center myself; I say to myself, “I am Divine! I am Divine!” In remembering my Divinity, I use Divine Understanding to know and Divine Wisdom to compare and contrast what I know. I am open to infinite possibilities. From this sweet awareness, I generate fresh ideas to meet and resolve any challenge. I know what to think, say and do for the best outcome for all.

Free!

I am Divine.

I am free and unlimited.

While on my daily walk, I enjoy the freedom of the outdoors. I see freedom in a robin’s flight. I hear freedom in the rhythm of the rain. I feel freedom in the wind’s warm caress. It occurs to me that like the robin, rain, and wind, I am free!

Regardless of my circumstances, I choose to affirm, “I am free and unlimited.” My unlimited Spirit can never be bound by outer conditions or inner conditions of the personality. I am free in my mind, body, and soul. Peace, joy, or love cannot be bound.

Living from my Spiritual Identity, I express love, joy and peace. I see Christ Nature in every moment invested with a friend or “stranger.” With this True Vision arising out of my Divinity, I am free and unlimited right here and now.
