 FAITH

 I faithfully focus on my DIVINITY.

My POWER of FAITH is my ability to believe and have conviction. It is my inner assurance of something before it can be seen.

I may not be able to control what happens around me, but I am always free to choose what happens within me. My perception determines my experience.

When I engage my POWER of FAITH, I am assured of my vibrant wholeness that is present even during illness. I have conviction that harmony is possible even during apparent discord. When my needs appear greater than my resources, I have the inner assurance that SUBSTANCE is my limitless supply of DIVINE IDEAS.

My inner assurance is of my enduring DIVINITY; IT is always greater than any circumstance. I align with my DIVINITY now and set myself free.

STRENGTH 

I activate my POWER of STRENGTH

in mind and body.

If I feel my strength waning during a time of vigorous physical or mental activity or if my ability to carry on seems gone, I remember these inspiring words from “The Prayer of Faith” by Hannah More Kohaus: “God is my STRENGTH, unfailing, quick.” The POWER of STRENGTH is the basis of my mental, emotional, and physical strength. I can use IT an infinite number of times to express a wide range of strength and not use IT up.

Strength includes toughness, forcefulness, and quiet fortitude. My strength is rooted in the inexhaustible wellspring of my DIVINITY.

Today I release all thought of weakness or impossibility. I activate my POWER of STRENGTH. I invigorate my body and bring renewed clarity to my thoughts.

 Motherly Love

 I joyously give thanks for motherly love.

In Myrtle Fillmore’s Healing Letters, we learn, “God is love; we make Divine Love into loving.” My mother made DIVINE LOVE into loving me and others.

My mother used her DIVINE WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING to guide her way along with her DIVINE STRENGTH to carry on nurturing me as I grew.

My praise and gratitude show my mother and others how much I appreciate them. I demonstrate my thankfulness for their “motherly example” when I am nurturing with others. I use DIVINE LOVE to express “motherly love” in my own words and actions with all people. I listen patiently and share encouraging words. I seek to be a caring and supportive presence. I willingly share my skills and knowledge when someone seeks my help.

In gratitude, I share the gift of nurturing love.

I joyously give thanks for motherly love.

Grace

I offer grace as I remember my DIVINITY.

Since GOD is PRINCIPLE, God does not punish, reward or offer us grace. GOD is the fullness of our DIVINITY always available for us to claim at any moment. Grace is something we offer each other and ourselves based on the PRINCIPLES of BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY.

When someone does or says something that we do not like, we might be tempted to be unkind, hurtful or even hateful. However, there is a kinder and better way. In those moments, we can remember our DIVINITY and choose to offer kindness and grace instead of judgment and punishment.

When I am being hard on myself, I can remember to offer myself a huge helping of kindness and grace. Then, it is easier to correct any perceived error I may have made.

Thankful

Thankfulness is my heart’s natural expression.

I need no special reason to be thankful, no list of blessings to inspire gratitude. Unity author Rev. Eric Butterworth wrote, “One can be grateful with the same spontaneity as being happy. It simply flows forth from within and becomes a causative energy.” This is because what we focus on grows in consciousness.

With a thankful mind and heart, I release any worry and frustration, trusting that I can meet every need using PRINCIPLE and LAW. I discover more DIVINITY in myself and others, everywhere I go. I see possibilities for good even in challenging circumstances.

Eager to share my thankfulness, I welcome opportunities to be of service to others, just as I gratefully accept blessings shared with me. I live in the flow of life, love, peace, and abundant beauty. I am thankful!

Pray with Others

I am DIVINE, as is each person

with whom I pray.

A friend knows your DIVINITY during those moments you may find it difficult to know it for yourself. Each person I pray with is a friend even if we just met. I begin by letting go of fear and releasing any thoughts of lack, illness, disharmony, or limitation as I pivot my awareness to our identical DIVINITY.

Each person is the PRINCIPLE of ABUNDANCE because they are DIVINE. Each of them is DIVINE LOVE. I see each one warming and comforting themselves as they bring harmony to their relationships. I affirm their abundant living as they guide themselves using DIVINE LOVE, WISDOM, and UNDERSTANDING. I see each of their lives orderly unfolding as they enjoy security, health, and joy.

I am DIVINE, as is each person

with whom I pray.

Imagine

I imagine limitless possibilities.

In childhood, I might have imagined fascinating shapes and wondrous creatures in cloud formations. Picking up a twig, I might have pretended I held a wand with magical powers. An ordinary packing box could become a vessel to sail on or under the seas, an aircraft to fly higher than mountains, or even a spaceship to explore the stars.

My ability to imagine is manifested from my POWER of IMAGINATION. I use it to shape the substance of my mind – thoughts, ideas, beliefs and images. I use it to specifically form my desires in my mind as a precursor to bringing them into fruition.

I am grateful for my POWER of IMAGINATION. It is my ability to give shape to my “heart’s desires.” I envision possibilities beyond the reality I know and the world I see.

Hosanna! (Adoration, Praise or Joy)

 I joyously discern my path to spiritual freedom.

I imagine Jesus’ experience, riding a young donkey through the gates of Jerusalem, seeing the waving palm branches, feeling the people’s love, hope, and even their fear as they shout, “Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.”

His followers looked to Jesus as the one who would free them from the bondage of Roman rule. Jesus, embracing the CHRIST PRINCIPLE, which is identical in all people, had accepted the greater mission of leading humankind to freedom from all bondage, all limitation, even freedom from death.

Taking my inspiration from Jesus’ example, I fearlessly embrace the CHRIST PRINCIPLE, my DIVINITY, as …

Forgive

I joyously forgive myself.

I have forgiven those who have hurt and disappointed me. Forgiveness happens when I am willing to let go of everything I have erroneously added to another’s person’s innate DIVINITY.  

In turn, I have been grateful when others extended kindness, grace and forgiveness to me.

While I can forgive others, I may find it difficult to forgive myself perhaps for mistakes, disappointments, and broken commitments.

I know everyone makes mistakes and deserves understanding and forgiveness, even me. I remember self-forgiveness happens when I accept myself and let go of everything I have erroneously added to my innate DIVINITY.

I focus on the PRINCIPLES of BENEVOLENCE and GENEROSITY as  I grant myself a huge helping of kindness and grace; I love, honor, accept and forgive myself.

Energy

I use DIVINE LIFE to sustain and
renew my energy.

 
How do I have the energy to achieve my goals and carry on through challenging times? How do I have the energy to learn, grow, and change when I decide to do new things?

Everything I decide to do requires energy. I put a demand on my POWER of LIFE for energizing and vitalizing myself around what I decide to do.

Like any other of aspect my DIVINITY, my POWER of LIFE is inexhaustible and is never used up. IT is fundamental to anything requiring energy. If my muscles are tired or my mind seems frazzled, I call on my POWER of LIFE.

I powerfully claim LIFE to manifest energy flowing in my mind and body with the force of a mighty waterfall. I am grateful for my renewal.

I use DIVINE LIFE to sustain and
