Protection 

Based on my DIVINITY, I protect myself.

Sometimes I may feel at the mercy of a changing, tumultuous world I cannot control. While I cannot control the world, I can control the “controllables.” While chaos may swirl around me, I have absolute dominion over my thoughts and feelings.

At the center of my beingness is a place of perfect peace and calm. Whenever I need a safe refuge, I turn to my inherent DIVINITY and reach this place of tranquility where I feel secure and protected.

The sun always rises after the dark of night. I remind myself of this truth and feel grateful as I claim the light of spiritual understanding. I release any power and importance I may have unwittingly given to a fear-based thought. I tune into my DIVINE NATURE; I move safely and confidently whatever the challenge.

Radiance

The CHRIST PRINCIPLE is my resource for my radiance.

On a clear day, when a stray cloud passes across the Sun the light is diminished. Then, looking up, I see brilliant rays of sunshine surrounding the cloud. While the cloud hides the Sun, it does not block its rays. The radiance of the Sun can still be seen.

As the Sun lights the Earth and is the source of its energy, the Christ PRINCIPLE is my light and resource for manifesting everything I need to live brilliantly and joyfully. When, like a passing cloud, an obstacle or challenge may seem to dim my awareness of my radiance, I respond by raising my point of view. I am encouraged and strengthened by knowing my DIVINE RADIANCE “shines brightly as ever.” No cloud can dim my radiant DIVINITY!

Journey

My life’s journey begins & ends with my DIVINITY.

I feel excitement at the beginning of a journey, thinking about the adventures, the beautiful sights, and the fascinating people I will find all along the way. Even as I look forward to reaching my destination, I remain alert and open to the adventures and insights that await discovery along the way.

I faithfully know my spiritual journey began with my DIVINITY, long before my human birth. In childhood, I looked outward, longing for the adventures that would become waypoints on my journey to maturity. Now I journey inward, discovering my DIVINITY which I never really left.

I am learning that even the most ordinary day can become an opportunity to realize the DIVINE is always present in ITs entirety everywhere at the same time. There is no absence in omnipresence.

Realize

I realize I am fully DIVINE.

I have had many a-ha moments throughout my life, when something that had befuddled me for years suddenly became clear.

It may have been something I tried to learn in school, a skill I practiced and tried to master as I grew, or even an idea that challenged my understanding of the world around me. Whenever I realized something new, I could feel my world expanding, opening up before me in fresh and exciting ways, making me eager to discover even more.

On my spiritual journey, I feel a similar excitement as I realize I am so much more than a spark of the DIVINE. I am fully DIVINE, just as I am fully human. I feel newly alive in this realization and so very grateful for it.

I realize I am fully DIVINE.

Pray with Others

I know the TRUTH of each

dear one I hold in prayer.

It is an honor to hold others in prayer. I am grateful for this sacred trust as I see beyond appearances, knowing they are temporary conditions. I focus on the unchangeable TRUTH that each one for whom I pray is fully DIVINE as they express their humanity from their DIVINITY.

As I pray with others, I envision DIVINE PEACE as the resource for calming thoughts and strengthening faith. I assert DIVINE LIFE leading to the realization of total well-being. I claim the PRINCIPLES of LOVE, WISDOM and ORDER as the basis of harmonious relationships and adjusting every area of life. I claim ZEAL to complete everything that needs to be done.

Then I am grateful for the Truth I know and the opportunity to pray with others.

Freedom

I celebrate my freedom in thoughts, feelings, words and acts.

There are many ways to feel free. I may be financially free, and I may be free to explore the world. I may commit to learning for intellectual freedom or exercise my body for greater freedom of movement.

As I do my work in the world for freedom, I remember these quotes:

Prayer makes each person a master in the realm of creative Ideas. (Adapted, Fillmore, Charles, Keep a True Lent, Ch 1/ ¶7.)

Our dominion is over our own thoughts, emotions, and passions. (Fillmore, Charles, The Twelve Powers, Ch 11/ ¶8)

No person, situation, or circumstance has power over me!

I utilize my DIVINE POWERS of STRENGTH and RELEASE to keep on course and free myself from habits derailing my spiritual evolution. I recognize and embrace empowering beliefs.

Discern & Release

I discern what is mine to do

and release the rest.

I equip myself with powerful spiritual tools for creating the life of my dreams. Through meditation, prayer, visualization, and affirmation, I am willing to work for what I want in my life and the lives of those I care about.

Sometimes, I can be so focused on what I am doing that I forget the importance of stepping back from my efforts and releasing my attachment to specific outcomes. I re-center my awareness on my DIVINITY as perfect peace and clarity arise within me. I remember the DIVINE is in all people and circumstances as a resource for the greater good of all.

I release any attachment to specific outcomes and lean on my DIVINITY to discern what to think, feel, say and do resulting in better outcomes for all.

Fathers’ Love

I give thanks for my father and all expressions of fatherly love.

I treasure my childhood memories of feeling safe when my father or a father figure in my life was nearby.

I remember my father’s encouragement when I was learning to ride a bike, as we explored the wonders of nature together, and as he taught me to use money wisely. Even when I made youthful mistakes, my father’s sometimes stern but always wise discernment helped me find the way back to my right path.

I give thanks for the way my father unfolded his humanity from his DIVINITY. I think and feel the same about others who blessed me with fatherly love.

Today I pray for my father and for all fathers. I affirm their growing wisdom, understanding, and willingness to nurture others with a father’s encouraging love.

 World Peace

I am peaceful with others as peace flowers in the world.

I am at peace as join in spirit with all people who dedicate themselves to expressing DIVINE LOVE united in the belief that everyone is fully DIVINE. In our DIVINITY we are identical; in our humanity we are wondrously unique. I affirm the DIVINITY of humankind as I honor each person is uniquely expressing their humanity from their DIVINITY.

I recognize and release any unkind thoughts or feelings toward any person or group of people. I respect all others and seek to learn about unfamiliar customs and beliefs in a spirit of kinship.

My warm and friendly attitude communicates my intentions as effectively as my words. I smile easily as I extend myself in a spirit of friendship. I know as peace flowers between individuals, peace grows in the world.

Wholeness 

I claim wholeness and health now.

I am always grateful for the PRINCIPLES of WHOLENESS, HEALTH and LIFE which I claim as wholeness and health when my body is experiencing illness. This bolsters my capacity for healing.

I appropriately care for my body while putting a demand on the PRINCIPLES of WHOLENESS, HEALTH and LIFE. I faithfully know THEY are enduring while illness is not. I assert wholeness and health now by my thoughts, feelings, spoken words, and actions.

Even when I am not facing illness, I greet each day by blessing my body, affirming my wholeness, and the ongoing activity of DIVINE INTELLIGENCE in every cell, tissue, and organ. I am grateful for innate WHOLENESS, HEALTH and LIFE that I freely use to establish my healthy body.
