I claim the LIGHT of TRUTH for dissolving any darkness.
Metaphysically interpreted, LIGHT is the UNDERSTANDING PRINCIPLE in mind.
The dark sky grows lighter and puffy clouds begin to glow with a beautiful shade of pink. Brilliant rays announce the sun’s arrival. The sun peaks over the horizon, flooding the new day with light.
Similarly, I harness DIVINE UNDERSTANDING to dissolve any darkness in my consciousness. At a challenging time, my heart responds to the hopeful thought that this, too, shall pass. Hope grows into faith as I open my mind to innate DIVINE UNDERSTANDING and DISCERNMENT. With THEM, I can perceive the way forward; I confidently guide myself.
As surely as each new day brings a sunrise, my faith assures me that UNDERSTANDING TRUTH dissolves the darkness of any obstacle I may face.

The entirety of the DIVINE pervades and interpenetrates every aspect of my humanity. IT cannot be seen, tasted, nor touched since IT is not physical. However, the DIVINE can be perceived and experienced by my mind. There is no place where my humanity ends, and my DIVINITY begins. There is no separation.
I feel glory in the depths of my being at those moments when I understand as Myrtle Fillmore did, “God is LIFE; we make that LIFE into living” (“Healing Letters,” p. 37.) God is LIFE; I make that LIFE into living!
I release the thought that I am only human. I revel in the glory and wonder that I am manifesting my humanity using the PRINCIPLES and LAWS that constitute my DIVINITY.

As much as most of us would love to see world peace occur overnight, lasting peace is truly achieved as more and more individuals awaken and contribute their prayerful intention to humanity.
Each praying soul creates an energy that will inevitably find its expression. Just as the individual leaves of the elm tree can contribute to a magnificent cover of shade, so can every peaceful prayer help bring about world peace.
An act of kindness, forgiving thought, and prayerful hope move us closer to the realization of world peace. The souls who shine their individual lights draw us closer to the moment when the human family sets the world aglow in a light-filled expression of love and peace.

I admire and respect the sacred calling and work of innovative and groundbreaking thinkers and leaders. The work they have done to forge new paths and influence humanity in new directions is inspirational.
I’ve heard inspiration described as an inner quickening. This quickening is mine as I forge new paths and boldly journey forward, creating and renewing my life.
To keep inspiration flowing, I invest time in meditation, inspirational reading, and rest in contemplative stillness. I begin each day opening my “heart-mind” to infinite possibilities. I claim the courage and clarity to release my rigid patterns and expectations. I live in a state of gratitude and appreciation for the inspiration that arises within me and I eagerly share it.
In periods of peaceful contemplation, I immerse myself in the unconditional love that joins our human family together which is manifested using our POWER of LOVE.
I see the people in my life anew. I behold their innate DIVINITY. I celebrate their humanity and their triumphs.
As I become aware of their troubles, my compassionate heart overflows with empathy and the desire to help in some way. I am patient. I listen with intention. I recognize their DIVINITY as I recognize my own.
As the awareness of DIVINE LOVE fills my mind and heart, I dissolve all memories of difficulties and feelings of discord. Centered in DIVINE LOVE, I deeply feel my DIVINITY and oneness with all people.
I am powerful because of my inherent DIVINE DOMINION. I am the only one in charge of my thoughts, feelings, words, and actions.
Even as I work to change my circumstances, I remember in my consciousness, I am not constrained by what is happening around me or to me. I use DIVINE DISCERNMENT and UNDERSTANDING together with DIVINE WILL to guide my way as well as choosing my best response in all situations.
When I recognize any limiting thoughts, I affirm my DIVINE IDENTITY and my personal sovereignty. In my mind, I am always free. I live with poise and confidence.
I feel strength manifested from my Divinity. Standing in my personal authority, I establish a positive, fulfilling direction for my life.
Sometimes I wonder about my place in a world that is changing so rapidly. I realize many of the world’s people may be wondering the same thing. Then I remember by DIVINITY; while the world may change, my DIVINITY does not therefore I meet change with equanimity.
Feeling fearful or insecure can overwhelm feelings of peace. I wonder whether others are feeling the same way. As peace seems further and further away, I remember that the PRINCIPLE of PEACE is innate in everyone.
The PRINCIPLE of PEACE is part of my DIVINE IDENTITY. I remember all people are fully human and fully DIVINE. In our DIVINITY we are identical. I include all the world’s people in my prayers envisioning us coming together using the inherent PRINCIPLE of PEACE to manifest World Peace.
When I hear the words, “I am praying with you,” I relax into the calm centeredness of a trusted friend’s faith. I am reassured and feel my own faith growing stronger. Wherever my friend may be, I know the power of prayer is undiminished by distance.
Grateful for the gift of others’ prayers with me, I welcome every opportunity to pray with anyone who asks. Having heard the prayer need, I let go of concern. In faith, I behold the DIVINITY within the one with whom I pray.
Knowing the TRUTH of another’s wholeness, I release any thought of illness. I affirm DIVINE WISDOM for guiding decisions and DIVINE STRENGTH for relieving any weakness. I affirm DIVINE PEACE for peace of mind and DIVINE FAITH for supporting hope to those I hold in prayer.
I “rise up!” in consciousness helping to create a world that works for all.
Throughout time, there have been people who led lives that changed the world forever. Their words and deeds provided hope and inspiration for those who would carry forth their legacies of love, growth, and evolution—long after they left this life.
Their most powerful contribution was their ability to inspire others to express their own purpose founded and based on their innate DIVINITY. As more and more people reach their highest potential, the whole of humanity ascends.
Today I honor those who have led lives of service, endeavoring for love, truth, and justice. I celebrate and honor their journeys and contributions as I invest and embark on my own. I “rise up,” grateful for contributing all I can to the growth and evolution of humankind.

Tending to my spiritual life keeps me attentive to the whispers of my heart and in tune with my inner guidance. My inner guidance relies on the POWERS of WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING and WILL. I am grateful for those moments when I rely upon my spiritual intuition to discern my path forward.
Sometimes, my inner guidance feels far away and hard to access because of my chattering mind. At those times, I seek the assistance of trusted friends, advisers and the wise counsel of my minister or spiritual counselor. They pray with me, listen with empathy, and provide support until I find my innate wisdom and inner guidance. Then, they share my joy of success. I am grateful for those who walk the path alongside me.
