Triumphant

I am Spirit; I have all that I need for triumphant living.

There are times when I have pulled through adversity, loss or trauma. Some of these victories were not easy because I resisted at first. Other times I may have struggled with feeling lost and alone, but my faith assured me that God and I are one. I am Spirit. This knowledge strengthens my Faith and Wisdom leading to  peace of mind. I am aware of all Divine Ideas and Laws I need to I move forward in faith and courage.

I willingly meet all events in my life by viewing them as growth opportunities. In doing so, I weave a triumphant pattern in my life.

There is a Divine Idea for every desire of my heart. Through prayer, I become aware of thoughts, ideas and images related to Divine Ideas. I use those thoughts and ideas to guide myself, tapping into my creativity and engaging in the effective joy of manifesting and demonstrating What I truly am.

Comfort

In the comfort of my Divine Identity,

I find true rest and peace.

My greatest source of comfort comes in realizing my innate Divinity. Right where I am and wherever I go, the Divine Ideas of Power, Understanding, Benevolence and so much more are mine to use. There is no place I can go where Divine Ideas are not. There is no experience I will ever face without Divine Ideas to solve them.

It may be true that I am not always aware of my Divinity. Any feelings of separation dissipate when I turn within and affirm: I live and move and have my being in and from my innate Divinity. I repeat these words until their Truth wells up in me. I am filled with a feeling of warmth. Any mental disconnect fades.

In the comfort of my Divine Identity, I find true rest and peace.

Awaken

I awaken, I am Spirit.

While asleep, I am being refreshed physically and mentally. When I awake, I have a greater awareness of my oneness with the world. I go about my day taking in and being responsive to other people and my surroundings.

Meditation provides me with a clear understanding of how Divine Ideas governed by Divine Law lie back of all and through all. I feel the joy of living from my Divine Identity. I hear the still, small voice of my Higher Nature and follow Its guidance. I understand that the diversity in people and in all the universe is dependent upon Divine Ideas and Divine Law.

Imagination

I use my Power of Imagination

to creatively shape Divine Ideas.

Imagination is one of the Twelve Powers; it is the ability to envision, visualize, conceptualize and dream. In the Bible, Joseph learned, through some painful lessons, to align his gift of imagination with his spiritual purpose. In doing so, he transformed his life.

When I consciously tap into my own Power of Imagination, I, too, align myself with my innate Divinity and creative Law, Mind-Idea-Expression. Love, strength, and joy are important aspects of my unfolding journey of my life. I envision and conceptualize my dreams fulfilled, my spiritual intentions complete.

I envision good unfolding in every area of my life. I use Divine Imagination to creatively express myself.  I have a renewed sense of who and What I am. I am Divine; I am the master of my spiritual purpose in this human experience.

Guidance

I use Divine Understanding and Wisdom

to guide my way.

It can be comforting to believe that there is a God that is like a guidance counselor who can guide and direct us each step of our way.

However, it is empowering to realize my innate Divinity and that guidance arises into my awareness based on my desire for a solution. This guidance is an inside job. I find confidence and strength by turning to the Principles of Understanding and Wisdom within my mind. Through Divine Understanding I am able to know things at depth and it is Divine Wisdom that I use to evaluate what I know.  These two Powers are important for my choosing and guiding my way.

Immersed in my Divine Reality, I feel peaceful reassurance – Understanding Faith. My thoughts become clear and my understanding deepens. The answers I desire emerge from this peaceful feeling of trust. Any uncertainty and doubt vanishes as guidance arises into my awareness. I know what to think, say and do and I have the energy to carry it out.

Regardless of the problem or circumstance, Divine Understanding and Wisdom are mine for comforting my heart and dissolving obstacles. I am grateful for the Truth I know – Divine Understanding and Wisdom are mine!

Creativity

I am creative because of Creative Law, Mind-Idea-Expression.

God is Mind-Idea-Expression.  Everything comes into existence according to this Creative Law. There is no end to Divine Mind and Divine ideas and I what my creativity can express.

Everything about me is unique – from my fingerprints and genes to the way I smile and laugh. Not only am I unique, I express myself uniquely using Divine Ideas and my related thoughts. My creativity is expressed according to Creative Law.

The starting point of any creative process  is the Infinite Potential of Divine Ideas. Charles Fillmore, in Keep a True Lent (p. 164), said, “Sincere desire is a form of prayer.” When I turn within in prayer, I use desire to claim and appropriate Divine Ideas. These are the origin of thoughts, perspectives, and insights for action.

No matter how many times I use Creative Law, Mind-Idea-Expression, I always move from Infinite Potential, to Divine ideas, to focused thoughts, to action. It is utterly dependable each and every time.

I am creative because of Creative Law, Mind-Idea-Expression.

World Peace

I use Understanding, Wisdom and Love

to be peace in the world.

When I tune in to news of terrorism, racism, climate change, and more, I may wonder if there will ever be world peace. Yet, I am also familiar with the deep peace found in the realization of my Spiritual Nature. Peace begins with each one of us, and I have the power to manifest it at any time. Through the Powers of Understanding, Wisdom and Love, I learn to be the peace I desire to see in the world.

I take a moment now to turn off the news and breathe into a greater awareness of my peaceful Divine Identity. Here I find a sense of hope for the world. Engaging the Power of Imagination, I envision humanity acting respectfully for all life. I get a glimpse of the potential for world peace. I know we can and will achieve peace – one breath and one person at a time.

I use Understanding, Wisdom and Love to be peace in the world.

Relax

I am peaceful, relaxed, and renewed as

I center on my Divine Love.

These words from “I AM There” by Unity poet James Dillet Freeman reassure me: “Do you need me? I am there.” Whether Mr. Freeman understood them from a traditional view or not is unclear. Today, I see this as Mr. Freeman’s Higher Self speaking to his ego during a time of deep need. Keeping these words close to heart, I feel peace no matter what is going on in my life.

When I feel stress, I take a few moments to rest in the Silence of prayer. I begin by letting go of thoughts and focusing on the comforting idea, “Do you need me? I am there.” I relax the muscles in my face and neck. I let my shoulders drop and my arms lay loosely in my lap. Letting my chair support me, I relax and simply be.

I center on Love, divine and unconditional. I exhale and let go of any stress and center on peace, calming and harmonious. Bringing my thoughts back from this brief meditation, I feel relaxed and refreshed, ready to return to my day with a positive, peaceful attitude.

I am peaceful, relaxed, and renewed as I centered on my Divine Love.

Prayimg  with Others

I pray with others by affirming and claiming Divine Principles that are their highest good.

I pray for others by affirming and claiming Divine Principles that are their highest good. I release any limiting thoughts and beliefs. I rely on my Divine Nature to know what to affirm and claim for those with whom I pray.

Peace enfolds me when I place my faith in Divine Principles and Laws of the Christ Essence as the Divine Ideas within others to heal, comfort, prosper, and guide them. As I pray with others, I also pray for my own understanding and faith to be quickened so that I am a calm and reassuring presence.

If I become tempted by fear and worry, I remind myself that my energy is best used for positive, faith-filled thoughts, words and feelings. I hold to the Truth of Principle and Law. I release and redirect my attention as needed, knowing I am keeping the “high watch” for those I hold in prayer.

Wholeness

I live from the Truth of my Divine Identity. I am whole, strong and well.

I am not separated from my Divine Identity. As such, the Divine Principles of Wholeness, Life and Health are already present and mine to claim. I recall the story of the woman who touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and was immediately healed. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Like this woman, it is my use of the Power of Faith that helps activate the Principles of Wholeness, Life and Health in my consciousness.

In prayer, I center my awareness within and claim Wholeness, Life and Health now. My body’s natural healing ability is established on these three Divine Principles.  I envision a radiating light streaming from the Christ Principle at the crown of my head establishing the highest manifestation of my physical being. Every cell is infused with wholeness, life and health. I am renewed and revitalized from head to toe.

I live from the Truth of my Divine Identity. I am whole, strong and well.
