Ease

I move with ease and grace.

In Practical Metaphysics: A New Insight in Truth, Eric Butterworth said, “GOD is SPIRIT, present in ITS entirety at every point in space at the same time.” When I realize this, I can perceive the DIVINE in the glory of a sunrise, the laughter of children, and as I get together with friends and family.

I remember my DIVINITY is just as surely present when my responsibilities feel overwhelming, when conflict arises in a relationship, or when it feels as though there isn’t enough of what I need. If I begin to feel tense, fearful, or frustrated, I remember that DISCERNMENT, UNDERSTANDING, LOVE, STRENGTH and all DIVINE IDEAS are innate within me. I use them to handle any challenge.

Grounded in the awareness of my DIVINITY, I move with ease and grace through whatever this day brings.

I move with ease and grace.
