Faith, I Believe!

I absolutely believe in my innate Divinity. I step out in faith!

The Power of Faith is my ability to believe. As Christmas approaches, my faith, my belief in my innate Divinity grows. I imagine what it must have been like 2,000 years ago when Mary was expecting baby Jesus. Her anticipation and wonder were multiplied having experienced the visitation of the angels. Her faith was absolute and unshakeable.

Christmas is when I celebrate my spiritual birthday! I celebrate the birth of the awareness of my Christ Nature, my innate Divinity. My faith in my innate Divinity is rock solid. If I sense a tinge of doubt, I close my eyes and focus my awareness on my Spiritual Nature. Mine is an understanding faith, a knowing faith. Understanding faith arises from investing time in the Silence; I easily grasp all the complexities of life. I know what to think, say and do. Believing in my innate Divinity, I wisely order the unfolding of my life. When I know something new or even challenging is mine to do, I step out in faith, believing I can do it; I use everything for good.

Willpower

I use my Power of Strength to stay the course and act on Divine Ideas.

My human willpower is derived from the Divine Idea of Strength. Strength helps me to complete things in the world. When I align my willpower from my Divine Nature, I accomplish much.

The Power of Will is my innate capacity to make choices. The Power of Strength is my ability to stick with it, persevere and accomplish that which I chose. When I consciously use Will and Strength together I have great willpower. I make healthy choices, I choose positive thoughts and feelings. I achieve the goals I focus upon.

Through meditation and prayer, I align my Powers of Will and Strength from the awareness of my Divine Nature. Ideas of peace, reconciliation, forgiveness and love arise in my consciousness. I choose to act on these ideas for myself and others using Strength to do so even in difficulties. I make wise choices so that I am the best person I can be.  I manifest Spirit, my Divine Nature, in the world.

Learn

I treasure all I learn about my innate Divinity.

A Chinese proverb states that learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere. I treasure what I chose to learn from all my triumphs and tribulations. I can use each and every one to learn about myself, my purpose, the world around me and, most importantly, my Divinity.

Each stage of my life may have its challenges and rewards. I grow when I choose to use them to expand my wisdom and insight. I can choose to see them from a higher perspective. I use them to spiritually mature. I use each moment of each day to inspire new growth.

My life is not stagnant or dull. I fill it with new joys. I look forward to each day. I choose to see each moment, each day as a way to know myself better. I use the events and experiences of my life to expand my awareness of my innate Divinity.

So that they may have all the riches of assured understanding … all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. – Colossians 2:2-3

The Absolute Word is an adaptation of Unity’s Daily Word.

Forgive

As I forgive, I remember my Divinity and the Divinity of others.

When a kitten wanders away from its mother, she gently brings it back home. The mother does not have negative feelings toward the kitten. She stays focused on caring for its health and safety. We care for our health and safety when we focus on our innate Divinity.

When I harbor negative thoughts and feelings about myself and others, it hurts me more than others. The Law of Mind action applies: thoughts and feelings held in mind tend to produce after their kind. My negative thoughts and feelings adversely affect my conscious and subconscious phases of consciousness, collective consciousness,  as well as the physiologic environment of my body.  When I am aware of negative and adverse thoughts and feelings, I simply change my mind. This is forgiveness. I think and feel thoughts of love and peace. I remember my Divinity and the Divinity of others.

Self-awareness leads to self-knowledge with self-acceptance and not self-condemnation. I forgive, I change my mind about myself and others. I leash my ego and unleash my Divinity. I know what to think, say and do. I make amends where appropriate.

When you are offering your gift at the altar … first be reconciled to your brother or sister. – Matthew 5:34-24

 Wise Choices

I am Divine Understanding and Divine Wisdom.

I make wise choices.

Because I invest time in meditation and prayer, I am ever established and grounded in my Divinity. The Infinite Potential of my Divine Understanding and Divine Wisdom are ever present for my use. I use my Divine Understanding to know. I use my Divine Wisdom to evaluate what I know. I use my Divine Elimination to renounce those choices that do not serve the highest good of everyone, including myself. I use my Divine Will to make wise choices that do. I wisely know what to think say and do.

Sometimes, my personality exerts itself resulting in old ways of thinking, speaking and doing. Often, these ways arise from limiting beliefs, thoughts and ideas causing fear. I use my Divine Nature to move beyond these limitations. I wisely and boldly step beyond my old ways and enter into new territory. I use my Divine Understanding and Divine Wisdom to make wise choices that are best in terms of my own consciousness.

I choose what is mine to do. I am Divine Understanding and Wisdom. I make wise choices.

 Radiate Peace

I am Infinite Potential. I radiate peace.

When I think of inner peace, I picture the eye of a hurricane. Even with the swirling chaos and turmoil, its center is calm and undisturbed. As I turn my awareness to my Infinite Potential from the outer realms of the world and the chattering of my personality, I am peaceful; I radiate peace regardless of outer circumstances.

Inner peace and equanimity are effects of my Infinite Potential. I claim my Divinity, I am serene in my relationships and interactions regardless of circumstances. My thoughts and attitudes are focused on and from peace. With this practice, I experience inner stillness from my calm and deep Infinite Potential. I choose peace. I choose not to be disturbed by anything. I am the “eye” of the storm. I am Infinite Potential. I radiate peace.

 Rooted in my Divinity

Rooted in my Divinity, I am peaceful, courageous and strong.

Every fiber of my being is manifested using Divine Ideas and Divine Substance. I am Divine, using my Divinity to express my personality and my body. While I may look and even feel separate, underlying my personality and body is the vastness of my Divinity. I am Divine.

I can never be separate from my Divinity. Worry and anxiety are signals to remember this Truth. I pause, I notice my bodily sensations and then take a few deep breaths. I meditate and enter into a state of total non-awareness. I re-establish myself in the Infinite Potential of my Divinity.

As I remember my Divinity, I leash my concerns and release my Divinity. Rooted in my Divinity, I live from the awareness of Oneness. I am peaceful, courageous and strong.

Health

I am Divine. I am whole and well in body, mind and Spirit.

When electrical equipment malfunctions, I first check to see whether it is plugged in. Similarly, when I experience dysfunction or disease in body or mind, I check whether I am remembering my Divinity. If I have harbored faulty ideas, I let them go. If I have given power to beliefs of disharmony or sickness, I withdraw that power and place it on the Truth of Life, Wholeness and Health.

Grounded in right thinking, I use the Truth to restore wholeness and health. As I boldly claim and realize wholeness and health I am at ease and feel alive. I deeply use and trust Divine Life to express health and wholeness. No matter where I may appear to be in the process of establishing wholeness and health, I know that Life, Wholeness and Health are my Truth. My Divinity is my health and well-being. I am Divine. I am whole and well in body, mind and Spirit.

 Declare

I powerfully declare my Divinity. I am Divine!

I claim my good knowing it is already mine. Unity cofounder Myrtle Fillmore claimed her health despite a diagnosis of tuberculosis. Myrtle stayed focused through daily prayer, affirming words of praise and encouragement to her body. She continued to declare health as the Truth of her Beingness, until her body responded and the good she claimed was fully manifest.

I claim my good by declaring aloud the truth of my Divinity. I am Love; I am loving. I claim Divine Ideas and prosper. I am Life expressing health and wholeness. I feel the power of my affirmations regardless of outer appearance, I call forth my good by declaring Divine Ideas of Truth. I powerfully declare my Divinity.
